After three weeks of second guessing, enraged arguments, and daily voting, we’ve finally come to the best of the best. The last four remaining screencaps are each legendary in their own way. THE SHINING embodies horrific insanity. E.T. captures the imagination of a generation. THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK displays ultimate struggle between good and evil. And JAWS defines the ultimate “holy-shit” moment, when jump scares were born and the phrase Summer Blockbuster became an annual event. These are your Final Four. Only two can move on. Voting starts tomorrow.
The first battle of the Elite 8 is a doozy. Both of these caps basically cruised into this round. Something tells me moving on isn’t going to be easy for either. Two iconic captures. One vote. Go ahead.

The were definately some close match-ups in the first round but only one I consider a true upset. PSYCHO beating THE USUAL SUSPECTS was a complete surprise to me and I would never have predicted Hitchcock classic moving into the second round. So here we have it, the Sweet 16 is set and will be open for voting tomorrow (Tuesday, Aug 27). There will be two match-ups a day with voting ending on all matches this Saturday, Aug 31.
